We take you from where you are to where you want to be. Whether you want to increase muscle mass, lose bodyfat, increase strength, improve cardiovascular fitness or all of the above - we have got you covered.

One thing we pride ourselves on at CE Health Personal Coaching is a focus on improved movement through increased strength and mobility. Our registered Biomechanics Coach can identify any weak areas of the body. This can lead to compensation elsewhere limiting movement, growth and can be a cause of pain. We ensure that all prescribed exercises suit your body, as every individual is different, for example, limb length, height, weight, mass, strengths and weaknesses. We make exercise suit you, rather than make you suit exercise.

As a part of our personal coaching service we advise on the best research-based nutrition strategies that focuses on improved health, body composition and performance.


I'm a personal coach originally from Carmarthen, but now based in Cardiff.


My journey began when I was 14 years old, and  I  had the desire to improve the way I looked.  At the time I was 6ft 2, and only 9 stone. I was very thin and weak with no self-confidence. After starting weight training at home, my interest in the muscular system developed. As the fascination increased, my competitive Bodybuilding journey began, where I placed 3rd over Britain when I was 18 years old, and to go on to win the NFMUK Mens Physique Overall Title and my NFMUK Pro Card at 21 years old..  I  decided to attend the University of Wales Trinity Saint David to study Exercise Science to increase my knowledge in regards to the body, to ensure that I can offer the best and most effective research based strategies for my clients.


After graduating from university, I made it my objective to help others improve their lives, self-confidence and health, through improving their body shape & performance.

Ive been a client of CE Health Coaching for around 5 weeks and i've found the sessions to be hugely beneficial. The inital screening was worth its weight in gold as it helped identify the weaker points in my body. For me that was my left shoulder specifically rotator cuff, which has caused me issues in training over the years. Cerith has shown me how to strengthen these areas with correct form to the point that I can now feel the correct form for myself and best of all; I DONT HAVE ANY MORE PAIN! This has helped me push through a plateau and i've been able to maximise muscle growth like never before. 

I would highly recomment the full package which holistically looks at nutrition, workout regime and tuition for newcomers and more avid gym goers who need to up the intensity andreach their physique goals.

Choosing a personal coach can sometimes be a daunting and difficult process for many people.

This is my approach to working with new and existing clients.

step 1

Get in touch with your completion of the application form provided below. I will reply with an in depth reply of your current setting, and explain the first steps in the coaching service. Prior to our first session you will be asked to complete two forms which includes Health Par-Q & cancellations policy.

step 2

In our first session we will discuss the journey from where you currently are, and what you need to do to get to the chosen outcome.

We will determine the best exercises to suit your body for most efficient training, determining weak areas of your body for improved movement, through iMoveFreely and strengthening exercises.

All Nutrition coaching will be discussed in the first session ensuring the understanding of basic healthy nutrition including calories, macronutrients and micronutrients.

Step 3

Depending on individual needs, all programs will be supplied through a google drive document where you will be able to track training sessions, daily nutrient intake, body measurements, movement ability & current cardiovascular fitness level.

Sessions will be booked through a first come first serve basis and will be booked prior to each calendar month.
