Online personal training is where you have me as your coach, on-hand, 24/7 over WhatsApp, where I will send and rotate your training and diet program when you need it. Whether you have full gym access, train at home or at a hotel room, I've got you covered.

Personal training is like having a fitness buddy who's an expert in helping you reach your goals! It involves us working together where I will tailor  your workouts to your ability and goals, providing guidance on exercises, nutrition, and offering motivation to keep you on track towards achieving your fitness goals. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall health, personal training offers personalised support to make your fitness journey more effective and enjoyable.

What are Fitness Classes?

A fitness class is designed with a general approach to suit a variety of people, offering a structured and inclusive environment for individuals to improve their strength, fitness, and physicality. Whether bodyweight-only or incorporating equipment, these classes are crafted to accommodate participants of various fitness levels and abilities.

It's important to note that while fitness classes provide a comprehensive workout experience, they are not targeted towards individual needs or specific fitness goals. Instead, they offer a well-rounded regimen that targets overall fitness improvement. Participants can expect to engage in exercises that promote strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health, contributing to their overall well-being.

Individuals are encouraged to get in touch with class instructors or fitness professionals to determine which class aligns best with their current abilities and goals. While the classes offer a general approach suitable for many, modifications and progressions can often be provided to accommodate individual needs within the group setting.

What is the 8 Week Fat Loss Challenge?

The 8 Week online body challenge is a 8 week fat loss program designed to change the way you look at dieting and exercising, to stop with the yo-yo fads and to learn how to take control of your body.

But you won't just learn how to, but you will lose body fat, become more toned, and be fitter after only 8 weeks.
